TULSA – The jury selection process for the trial of former Tulsa County reserve deputy Robert Bates continues Tuesday.

Bates is accused of shooting an unarmed man, Eric Harris, last year during an undercover investigation. According to Bates, he mistook his Taser for his gun when he fired the weapon.
