TULSA--Patrol officers saw a stolen car leaving the Motel 6 Suites at 8181 E. 41st and attempted to stop the car which then led to a vehicle pursuit.
The chase eventually ended at 3700 S. 94th East Ave and 3 suspects fled from the car on foot after it stopped.
Quinton Ruby and Charles Robinson were arrested while a third suspect escaped. Robinson was arrested for possession of stolen vehicle, eluding and resisting officers. Quinton Ruby was arrested for possession of stolen vehicle and resisting officers.
The car was stolen in Oklahoma City.

Quinton Ruby and Charles Robinson were arrested a short distance from the car. The 3rd suspect escaped. The car was stolen in Oklahoma City. Robinson was arrested for possession of stolen vehicle, eluding and resisting officers. Quinton Ruby was arrested for possession of stolen vehicle and resisting officers. The identity of the third suspect was learned through suspect interviews with charges pending.
