TULSA – Two men charged with the fatal shooting of a local restaurant owner last August are due in court Wednesday.
Investigators say Alcon Sanders and Clifford Owens III shot and killed James Coulson at his restaurant: Ted's Hamburgers.
Detectives believe Coulson got into a confrontation with the men while opening the restaurant for the day. Sanders and Owens have a preliminary hearing scheduled for June 22.
