KOHLRABI.

Imagine standing on the dais in front of an auditorium full of people. You're an elementary school student participating in the Scripps Green Country Regional Spelling Bee. And, you've just been asked to spell kohlrabi.

Yikes. That's tough.

We decided to put our 2 Works for You anchor team of Karen Larsen, Chera Kimiko, Brian Sanders and Brett Anthony to the test. Could they spell it correctly? Did they even know what it is? Watch their quick spelling test in the video player above.

Oh, kohlrabi. It's any variety of cabbages with an edible stem. But of course, you already knew that!

Join us March 4 at the ORU Global Learning Center for the Scripps Green Country Regional Spelling Bee when more than 50 local students compete for a spot at the Scripps National Spelling Bee near Washington, D.C. in May.
