TULSA -- Tulsa police say a young child is expected to be OK after being shot Saturday night in northeast Tulsa.

The shooting happened around 11 p.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of East Virgin.

Police said inside one apartment, people were taking photos to put on social media, when one person grabbed a gun, which then went off.

A baby inside another apartment was hit by the bullet, and is expected to survive.

The gun owner had a permit, police said.

Investigators are working to determine if they will press charges.
