TULSA - Attorneys for the eldest Bever Brother are getting ready to defend the 19-year-old in court.

In motions filed Friday, Robert Bever's defense team aimed to limit emotion and remembrance of the victims in the courtroom.

The motion would enjoin the deceased's family from showing emotion in the courtroom while sitting as spectators.
