Tulsa firefighters battled a blaze at the Avondale Apartments on Friday night.
Four units of the complex, in the 6700 block of South Trenton Ave., were destroyed in the fire, officials say.
According to investigators, the fire started on a second-floor balcony.
The building was evacuated while crews worked. TFD says one person, a handicapped person who needed assistance, left with non-life threatening injuries.
The fire marshal's office is investigating the cause.
