Male deer shot, antlers cut off in Osage County

OSAGE COUNTY, Okla. -- Oklahoma Game Wardens are seeking the person responsible for shooting and killing a male deer and cutting off its antlers.

Officials said either late Monday night or early Tuesday morning, the buck was shot north of US Highway 60, across the road from Osage Hills State Park.

The deer's back straps were removed and its antlers had been cut off.
