BROKEN ARROW- Mallory Krajian has a status hearing scheduled Friday morning.
She was charged with killing her three-year-old foster son, Andrew Prior, last year.
Krajian has been out on bond and last appeared in court this October before Judge William D. LaFortune.
She is being represented by attorney Shannon McMurray.
McMurray said a jury trial date for Krajian will be set at the hearing this morning.
Krajian and her husband Peter Krajian were both arrested on murder charges in August of 2014, but her husband was never charged.
The couple had three foster children, two boys and a girl. The youngest one, Andrew, died from a head injury, which doctors said was abusive head trauma.
His two siblings are not in foster care anymore. They are under a great aunt's care.
