TULSA - A man is in jail after he was found passed out on a his intended victim’s couch.
Police arrested Jon Cooper, 46, Monday afternoon for breaking into a resident’s home to get something to eat.
Cooper reportedly intended to steal items from the home.
Cooper passed out on the couch before leaving still holding the stolen items.
That’s where the homeowner found Cooper the next day and called the Tulsa Police Department.
Cooper was arrested for second degree burglary and stolen property.
