TULSA - A man has been arrested after Deputies say he pointed a toy gun at several drivers.
The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office says they received several reports late Friday night of a man pointing a gun at drivers near the 7000 block of North Peoria Avenue.
When they arrived, deputies found Michael Carter with an M16 style toy gun, a black plastic handgun and a plastic knife.
Witnesses say Carter pointed the toy guns at them as they passed by. Carter says he was pointing the toy guns at drivers because he "got jumped" several days prior to the incident.
Carter was booked on $100,000 bond for assault with a deadly weapon.
