Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the man who drowned at Lake Keystone near Harbor Grill.
Mannford Police said the victim, Michael Goodenough, was trying to swim from one side of the lake to the other. He gripped the dock, but couldn't hold on, went under and never resurfaced.
He was declared dead at the scene.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol is leading the investigation.
