MUSKOGEE, Okla. - A Muskogee man was arrested and is facing allegations that he bought underwear for a teenage student and exchanged inappropriate texts with her.
47-year-old Brenton Duncan was arrested for lewd indecent proposal after he admitted to buying underwear for a student.
Court records say Duncan purchased four pairs of Victoria Secret panties and gave them to a 14-year-old runner on his track team.
According to police, the two exchanged messages and eventually sent Duncan photos of herself in the underwear.
