NEW YORK - Rev. Al Sharpton says he was asked to come to Tulsa by the father of Terence Crutcher.
According to the National Action Network website and Sharpton's Twitter account, Sharpton interviewed Rev. Crutcher on his radio show, "Keepin it Real," Tuesday and that he was asked to "come to Tulsa and help secure justice."
The NAN website reported Sharpton, the Crutcher family and the family's attorneys will decide the best time for Rev. Sharpton to come to Tulsa.

Terence Crutcher was fatally shot by a Tulsa police officer during a traffic stop Sept. 16. Tulsa Police Department reported no weapon was found on Crutcher or in his vehicle.
