Rogers County officials have identified the victim found Friday at 145th East Ave and Apache.
The body of 27-year-old Casey Jones Adkins was found by a passerby who noticed a body on the side of the road around 2 a.m.
Investigators say the man died from multiple gunshot wounds.
Deputies described Adkins as a white male in his late 20's or early 30's. He was partially clothed and has multiple tattoos.
The body has been taken to the medical examiner's office.
