TULSA – The trial involving former Tulsa County reserve deputy Robert Bates’ second degree manslaughter accusation continues.
The jurors have been chosen and now witnesses are giving testimony, including undercover deputy Lance Ramsey.
Bates is accused of shooting an unarmed suspect named Eric Harris during an undercover operation. Documents show that Bates claimed he was reaching for his Taser when he allegedly shot Harris.
