TULSA – The suspect accused of raping someone near OSU-Tulsa has been captured, say police.
Tulsa police discovered that Eugene Nunley, 42, is the suspect who allegedly raped a person near 900 N. Greenwood August 13.
Nunley was in the Creek County Jail on unrelated charges when Cpl. Leverington obtained an arrest warrant for him on first degree rape.
Now, when Nunley is released from Creek County Jail, he will be transferred to the Tulsa County Jail and held on the aforementioned warrant for rape.
