TULSA – Authorities say they have arrested a man believed to be connected to the apparent random shooting in downtown.
Joshua Boffer was arrested on complaint of shooting with intent to kill, according to Tulsa police.
The shooting happened near Denver and Edison and according to the victim, Nicholas Brummund, it started a few miles away in a neighborhood near Union and Marshall.
Brummond told police he was sitting in his car at a job site-- where he was supposed to deliver air conditioning parts. He says the suspect was looking at him and making him feel uncomfortable.
Brummund insists he did nothing except drive away-- but the suspect followed-- eventually shooting out his back window.
