TULSA – The woman who was shot in the head Wednesday has died, as per Tulsa police.
Blain Butcher was arrested for allegedly shooting 37-year-old Erin Roy, making her Tulsa’s 17th homicide victim of 2016.
Tulsa police were called to 3900 East 2nd Street to investigate after a woman was found with severe head wounds.
When they arrived, two people were on scene, one being Butcher who was later arrested for shooting with intent to kill.
