TULSA - Several roads are closed in Tulsa after a tornado swept through the north part of the city. Below is a list of streets that are currently closed.
- 46th Street North from Peoria to Martin Luther King
- 49th Street North and Tisdale to 49th Street and Xanthus
- 43rd Street North and Tisdale to 43rd Street North and Xanthus
The City of Tulsa is currently responding after the tornado touched down in north Tulsa. The City Streets and Water Department is assisting with road barricades and debris removal.

Trees have in the area are down and crews are reporting damage to structures and homes. The city is asking that citizens stay away from the areas listed above as public safety departments respond to downed power lines.
EMSA reports that seven patients have been transported to the hospital. Officials say one patient is in serious condition.
