Emma Burch is an Oklahoma native, born and raised in Ponca City.
She graduated from PoHi in 2021 and went to the University of Central Oklahoma for 3 years and graduated Summa Cu Lude with a bachelor’s in Professional Media with an emphasis in Broadcast journalism in 2024.
During her time at UCO Emma worked as an MMJ/reporter for two years and anchored the school’s newscast UCentral.
Emma is a big OU sports fan, especially OU softball, and a Dallas Cowboys fan. She loves spending time with her family who lives in the state.
Her journalism interest started in 8th grade and she's had the passion for it ever since.
