TULSA – Two people are dead after an intruder broke into a residence in midtown, say Tulsa police.
The suspect, Dalvin Miller, died Wednesday afternoon following the shooting at The Villas located at 2100 E. Skelly.
Tulsa police say the suspect shot the victim, Austin Edmonson, 20, several times and the victim fired back but died at the scene.
Now, police officers are interviewing neighbors and say a woman was in the apartment at the time of the shooting.
Tulsa police say there is a possibility there is another suspect that ran away from the scene according to witnesses accounts.
