TULSA, Okla — Tulsa police say a second suspect is in custody for a drive-by shooting that injured a 6-year-old girl on Sunday.
A 17-year-old is in custody as of Monday evening. Police believe the teen is the one who fired the shots from the vehicle that injured the little girl. The teen faces charges of shooting with intent to kill and possession of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and he will likely be charged as a Youthful Offender. When the District Attorney files charges in this case, more information about the 17-year-old will be released.
On Monday, police arrested Rocky Serna. he faces charges including shooting a firearm from a vehicle and gang-related offense.
The girl is still hospitalized. She was shot in the chest while inside her home in a neighborhood near North Yale and Apache. The girl was shot in the chest.
