Bartlesville police investigate bank robbery

BARTLESVILLE, Okla. -- Police are investigating a bank robbery Friday afternoon in Bartlesville.

Police said at 2 p.m., the Oklahoma Federal Credit Union at 3900 Southeast Adams Road was robbed by an approximately 40-year-old man. 

Police said the robber, who had a dark hat, sunglasses and a shirt that may have had a racing-style logos, demanded money. 

The robber left the bank in early 2000s model brown Ford pickup parked in the Quarters parking lot to the east of the bank. 

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police at 918-338-4001.
