BARTLESVILLE, Okla. — Bartlesville Public Schools reported three more COVID-19 cases on Wednesday.
The district said it has a total of five people infected with the virus, including four staff members and one student. Bartlesville High School closed Thursday for deep cleaning, according to district officials.
The students will participate in distance learning Thursday and Friday, which was already scheduled as a district wide distance learning day. No other schools in the district closed on Thursday.
Officials said classes should resume normally for students who are not under quarantine on Monday, Aug. 24.
