BIXBY, Okla. — On Friday, Bixby Public Schools kicks off the football season against Union Public Schools.

Executive Director Dr. Bruce Dart with the Tulsa Health Department provided an update about limiting fans in the stands during Tulsa County's COVID-19 press conference on Thursday.

"If you're going to have a football game, you really need to limit occupancy in the stands to no more than 25%, so you can be assured,” Dr. Dart said.
