BIXBY, Okla. — Bixby Public Schools confirmed its second positive COVID-19 case in the district.
On Wednesday, the district said an elementary student tested positive for the virus. Earlier this week, a 6th grade teacher at North Intermediate School tested positive for the virus on Saturday.

A total of 10 BPS employees and six students are in quarantine after coming in close contact with one of the individuals, according to the district.
The district said it does not require testing for any of those in quarantine, but they will need to remain off campus for 14 days.
