According to the Braggs Public Schools Facebook page, two students were involved in a fatal single-car accident.
One student died at the scene, and the other student was transported to a local hospital via life-flight.
The basketball finals are now being postponed until Monday, Feb. 17th.
The school will have counselors and area ministers throughout the week to help students work through their grief.
