TULSA, Okla. — The City of Tulsa announced the below closing for Thanksgiving.
City Hall, Municipal Court and other city facilities
- Closed on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 26-27
- Mission critical and public safety operations are operating as normal
Water/Sewer
- In case of an emergency, call the below number

Trash Services
- No residential refuse, bulky waste, yard waste or recycling will be collected on Thursday, Nov. 26th.
- Instead, Thursday customers will receive collection on Friday, Nov. 27th.
- Friday customers will receive collection on Saturday, Nov. 28th.
- Twice-a-week collection customers will be affected with pick up moving forward one day
- Monday/Thursday customers will receive collection on Monday/Friday
- Tuesday/Friday customers will receive collection on Tuesday/Saturday
Household Pollutant Collection Facility
- Open Wednesday, Nov. 25th from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Open Saturday, Nov. 28th from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
City's Mulch site
- Closed on Thursday, Nov. 26th; Friday, Nov. 27th and Sunday, Nov. 29th
- Open on Saturday, Nov. 28th
Tulsa Parks/Golf Courses/Zoo
- Tulsa Parks recreation centers, including Oxley Nature Center Visitor Center, closed Nov. 26th -27th
- Oxley Nature Center outdoor trails open
- Red Bud Valley Nature Preserve and trials closed Thurs. and Fri., Nov. 26th-27th. It will reopen on Sat., Nov. 28th
- Mohawk Park and Page Belcher golf courses are closed on Thursday, Nov. 26th. They reopen on Friday Nov. 27th.
- Tulsa Zoo open on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 26th - 27th.
Tulsa Animal Welfare Shelter
- Closed Wednesday, Nov. 25 due to city furlough
- Closed Thursday through Friday, Nov. 26th-27th for Thanksgiving
- Reopens on Saturday, Nov. 28th with regular schedule of Noon to 6 p.m.
Tulsa Transit
- Tulsa Transit bus services will not operate on Thursday, Nov. 26th.
- Regular service will resume on Friday, Nov. 27th.
