TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Health Department COVID-19 vaccine clinic is open as planned despite icy conditions.

Vaccines will be given out as scheduled by appointment at the Tulsa Expo Square Pavillion. THD officials urge anyone driving in for a shot to take precautions and allow extra time.
