TULSA, Okla. — Planning Design Group is withdrawing its application for a mixed-use development at 31st and Peoria.

The Brookside 31 Development would replace the historic homes and the surrounding land with shops, restaurants and living spaces.
After drawing opposition, the developer told the city's planning commission they want more time to discuss the proposal with the community.
