TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa police are investigating the death of a homeless man in downtown Tulsa.
Authorities told 2 Works for You that the exposure to the cold appears to have played a part in his death.
Police arrived on the scene Thursday afternoon near West Archer Street and North Denver Avenue.
Officials said the body of a man in his late 70s was found lying in a sleeping bag.
TPD is currently working on notifying the next of kin.
The medical examiner’s office is going to conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
This is a developing story.
