JENKS, Okla. - Jenks will be the site of a much-anticipated shopping outlet center.
Simon announced Friday it was locating its Tulsa Premium Outlets on the west side of the Arkansas River.
It will be on the south side of the Creek Turnpike, with construction beginning in spring of 2016. The completion date is slated for summer 2017.
The first phase of the development will be approximately 325,000 square feet and feature 80 to 90 stores.
Simon also owns Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa.
