DURANT, Okla. — Josh Brecheen won the Republican primary runoff election for the U.S. House.
Brecheen is running to replace Markwayne Mullin, who chose to run for Senate this year.
He will face Democrat Naomi Andrews and Independent Ben Robinson in November.
