TULSA COUNTY — We are live at Keystone Dam this morning where the flood control pool is now at 95 percent capacity and water is flowing out at 210,000cfs.

The historic flood of 1986 was at 300,000cfs.

At that time it flooded areas of Tulsa, Sand Springs and Muskogee around Arkansas River.
