TULSA — The man accused of hitting a Tulsa attorney in the head with a water pitcher is sentenced to life without parole for murder.

Last month, Dameon Leathers was found guilty of first-degree murder.

After the verdict was announced surveillance photos show him getting up and striking the Assistant District Attorney Kevin Gray.

Leathers was also sentenced to 45 years for robbery with a firearm.

That sentence will run consecutively to his life sentence.
