TULSA -- A Tulsa man accused of murdering a 23-year-old is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
Police say Shane Vanderpool killed Blaine Wells, 23, near a west Tulsa QuikTrip.
In May, the 38-year-old entered a not guilty plea. Officers believe Vanderpool shot Wells in the head in February
