TULSA — The man accused in Tulsa's latest murder has been taken into custody.

Sir-Michael Morgan was arrested yesterday.
Police believe he opened fire on a car earlier this month, killing Frankie Foster.
Foster was shot in the head at the Normandy apartments in Tulsa.
Morgan's bail was set at $1 million.
