A man who was shot on Thanksgiving evening has died, police say.
Kevin Ortiz, 18, was shot in the face near 700 N. Utica about 9 p.m. on Thursday, according to police.
Ortiz was in a private vehicle and that driver flagged down an EMSA ambulance at Third and Utica. EMSA transported him to a hospital, where he died about 11 a.m. on Friday, Tulsa police say.
