TULSA - The owner of a massage parlor in east Tulsa has been cited after an undercover officer saw a masseuse engage in prostitution.
Police say it happened near 41st and Memorial Thursday night at A Touch of Serenity massage parlor located at 9 E. 4th Street.
The masseuse was cited for prostitution after showing a list of sexual acts for the client to choose from, according to police. Police went on to say that the masseuse was cited for engaging in prostitution and three other massage violations.
