CHECOTAH, Okla. — Firefighters in Checotah battled a massive fire at America's Best Value Inn on Tuesday morning.
Police confirm the call came in from the hotel located at 1212 West Gentry Avenue right off of US 69 at around 8:41 a.m.
The fire happened in the area of the hotel that housed the sports bar and did not affect the 3-story part of the hotel.
Officers said the hotel was evacuated and there are no known injuries.
