Missing Oklahoma dog found, "Jughead" is recovering in Tulsa shelter

Update: The OAA has confirmed that the dog with a plastic container stuck on its head has been found.

The dog is currently at a local animal emergency center and is being treated for any injuries.

Fluids are being given through an IV to help with the dehydration the dog has suffered.

According to the Oklahoma Alliance for Animals' Facebook page, officials are looking for a dog with a plastic container stuck on its head.

The post says that the dog is extremely frightened.

The Oklahoma Alliance for Animals say they have experience dog trappers in the area of north Tulsa, near Pine and Rosedale, looking for the dog in order to help him.

Officials ask the public to stay away from the area and let the dog trappers do what they need to do.

If spotted, officials ask to notify them as soon as possible by call OAA at 918-742-3700 or 918-625-8188.
