MUSKOGEE, Okla. — An employee of the Muskogee County Clerk's Office has been arrested after she was accused of giving out confidential information regarding a case.
Court documents said the employee, Alison Morgan, pictured above, conspired with Jasmine McCoy and Cornelious Jones to intimidate a witness.
Court documents said the woman did so by obtaining a confidential informant's name from a sealed court document and then giving out that name.
A victim was assaulted after the information was passed on to McCoy and Jones.
Morgan was fired from the clerk's office.
