MUSKOGEE, Okla. — The City of Muskogee officially inducts its first Black mayor.
Former City Council member Marlon Coleman is the city's 50th mayor.
He was sworn in Monday at the Muskogee Civic Center.
Mayor Coleman says his goal is for Muskogee to be a place for people to live, work and play.
He says he does not want people to just work in Muskogee, but he also wants them to enjoy it.
