MUSKOGEE, Okla. — Muskogee Public Schools announced Friday that one student at Muskogee High School tested positive for COVID-19.
The individual who tested positive is in self-isolation for 10 days, according to the district.
At least six other students were in direct contact with this student over the Labor Day weekend, officials said. Their testing status is unknown, but they are required to quarantine for 14 days.
The district held virtual courses this week, Sept. 8-11. In-person classes are set to resume at all sites on Monday, Sept. 14.
