National Weather Service: 41 tornadoes across Oklahoma in last 10 days

The National Weather Service has reported 41 tornadoes in Eastern Oklahoma across the last 10 days.

Preliminary data shows that 54 tornadoes have been reported in the area since April 30.

The strongest of the tornadoes were EF-2 storms near Peggs/Leach on May 20 and an EF-2 near Jay on May 22.

Along with all the tornadoes, there has also been significant flooding across the area, with the Tulsa area facing what could be the flood of record, and Muskogee County seeing some of the most extreme flooding.

A chance for severe storms also exists for Tuesday night across Green Country.
