BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Police found a missing 13-year-old boy safe on Tuesday, according to the Broken Arrow Police Department.
BAPD said Tulsa police found him safe in Tulsa.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol issued an Emergency Missing Advisory for Gavin Garman on Monday evening.
