TULSA -- Officials have identified the victim in the fatal crash as 21-year-old Dylan F. James. The Tulsa Fire Department pronounced James dead at the scene.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the single car accident that happened on Skelly Drive at the Yale Exit.
The driver was exiting going eastbound. The ramp has been reopened and the scene cleared.
OHP troopers said the wreck happened before 3 a.m. on Monday morning.
