OHP investigating cause of deadly motorcycle crash in Rogers County

Oklahoma Highway Patrol are investigating the cause of a deadly motorcycle accident that occurred in Rogers County on Saturday.

Troopers say around 9:30 p.m., Sharla Davis was driving eastbound on US 412 on a Harley Davidson motorcycle when she ran into the back of Michael Wayne Deramo, who was also driving eastbound.

Deramo was driving a 1949 Chevy pickup while pulling a 16-foot utility trailer when the accident occurred, troopers say.

Troopers say Deramo was treated at the scene for arm and leg injuries.

Davis was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers say.
