TULSA - Authorities released the dash cam video of a high-speed pursuit from this past summer.
The chase began near 48th and Peoria and ended near New Sapulpa Road in west Tulsa on July 26.
Jeff William Welton was arrested for eluding officers, resisting arrest, among other offenses.
The dash cam video shows officers following a maroon-colored car on the highway, a patrol car forcing the car to spin out into the median followed by officers breaking the driver's side window to get to Welton.
